It’s safe to say that real estate is in Pam’s blood—her parents were brokers for 30 years in Vermont, so that was the world in which she was raised. After 20+ years working as a legal assistant, she finally decided to follow in their footsteps and obtained her salesperson license in 2013.
She quickly became one of Rhode Island’s top-producing agents, with a passion for waterfront properties. Then, in 2016, Pamela was given the opportunity to manage the sales and leasing of luxury condominiums in a 100-unit tower in downtown Providence. In 2020, she combined her two specialties – covering her clients from the City to the Coast.
Ever evolving, in 2021 Pam took her career to the next level by achieving her goal to obtain her broker’s license, and hasn’t looked back since. She continues to have a focus on representing both buyers and sellers of luxury condominiums and houses throughout this great little state, while also leading a team of professionals in her brokerage.
Pamela holds a multitude of certifications and designations through the National Association of Realtors and Rhode Island Association of Realtors, and is also a member of the Kent Washington Association of Realtors, Greater Providence Board of Realtors, and Rhode Island Statewide MLS.
Steve Ray brings with him almost a decade of experience in financial services, and as such has a deep understanding of the economics behind the residential housing market. Steve holds a degree in business from Bryant University and is currently attending graduate classes at Boston University. He lives in the Wayland Square neighborhood of Providence with his two dogs, Eddy and Lilli, where he recently completed renovating a three-family home that he now rents out. He’s able to offer firsthand experience to his clients who are interested in either investment properties or renovation projects. He is excited to be able to merge his personal experience as a landlord and homeowner, years of professional experience in finance, and his passion for real estate in order to serve clients in the greater Providence area and Southeastern Massachusetts.
Kathleen Odell has been in the field of Real Estate for the past 30 years. She initially started as an administrator at one of the largest Real Estate and Property Management firms in Rhode Island. She quickly found herself in love with Real Estate and was completely hooked. She then purchased her first house, at the age of 23, and went on to acquire her Real Estate Sales License.
Shortly after that, Kathleen went on to become a Property Manager for a Massachusetts based Property Management Group. Over the next several years, she was responsible for their condominium portfolio in Rhode Island and the Greater Boston area. She then acquired her Real Estate Brokers License and soon got the urge to invest in Real Estate. Over the years, she has purchased several condominiums and houses and has been happily selling Residential Real Estate throughout Rhode Island since 2002.
Kathleen Odell is a seven-time Five Star Award Winning Realtor, a nine-time Platinum Award Winner, and recipient of the Circle of Sales Excellence Award.

Katelynn Bontrager was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Real Estate. Her concentration in college was catered towards Real Estate Development and Marketing. She participated in the 2022 NAIOP Case Study Competition, working with a team of peers and professionals to create a development plan based on the current market. She fell in love with real estate and built relationships with peers and mentors that guided her along the way.
During her time in college she also interned as a Marketing Coordinator for a Commercial Real Estate Firm in Orlando, Florida. Her well-rounded knowledge in real estate allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the market and utilize marketing strategies to achieve the best possible results.
